1. Data we collect
Identity and contact details, KYC documentation, trading activity, device and usage telemetry, and communications with our support and prime desks.
2. How we use it
To operate brokerage and PAMM allocation services, perform AML/CFT screening, prevent fraud, meet regulatory and tax-reporting obligations, and improve product quality.
3. Sharing
We share data only with regulated banking partners, liquidity venues, KYC vendors, auditors, and authorities where legally required. We never sell personal data.
4. Retention
Records are retained for the period required by applicable financial regulation (typically 5–7 years post account closure).
5. Your rights
Under GDPR and equivalent regimes you may request access, correction, portability, restriction, or erasure of your data, subject to regulatory retention obligations.
